What we collect and why

• When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment provider. We receive your name, email and order details – never your full card number. We use them to supply your purchase, send your library link and keep business records (lawful basis: contract and legal obligation).
• Emails: we send your library link through Resend, our email provider.
• Your browser: the flashcards save your progress, and the library remembers your link, in your own browser’s storage. This stays on your device.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Netlify (website hosting), each acting for us. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year, for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@passnotes.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
