What you are buying

A licence for your own personal study to use the Pass Notes SQE2 revision notes (five PDFs) and the online flashcards. The price is shown on the website and charged in pounds sterling at checkout.

Digital content and your right to cancel

The notes and flashcards are digital content supplied straight after payment. At checkout you give your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once your library is made available to you. If you have not yet been given access, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

If something is wrong

If a file is faulty or does not match its description, tell us and we will fix or replace it; if we can’t, you may be entitled to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your licence

• For your own personal, non-commercial study only.
• Do not share, resell, upload or distribute the notes, the flashcards or your access link.
• We may withdraw access if the link is shared, or if the payment is refunded or reversed.

The notes are revision materials, not legal advice. Each edition states the date the law is stated to. They are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the SRA or Kaplan.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
